Nickelback’s first live DVD release since 2002, LIVE AT STURGIS 2006 captures an explosive show from one of the world’s greatest recording and touring artists. Filmed with 15 High Definition cameras, this definitive concert performance presents the band pounding out fan favorites and modern day classics from their first three multi-million selling albums: Silver Side Up, The Long Road and All The Right Reasons.

Recorded with High Definition cameras that produce images equivalent to motion picture film, the LIVE AT STURGIS 2006 DVD offers four distortion-free, full range sound options including SRS Circle Surround, DTS and Dolby 5.1 Digital Surround Sound and Stereo. Bonus features include a special behind-the-scenes documentary featurette incorporating backstage interviews with the band, the music video for “Rockstar,” a Sturgis 101 primer and a photo gallery. NICKELBACK ANNOUNCE NORTH AMERICAN TOUR DATES!

New York, NY - Unstoppable rock powerhouse Nickelback have announced dates for their upcoming North American tour in support of their new album Dark Horse, released on Roadrunner Records on November 18^th.  The Live Nation produced tour, which kicks off on February 25^th in Nashville, TN, hits major arenas in over 30 cities across the continent.  Seether and Saving Abel have signed on as support acts.

Nickelback tickets go on sale beginning December 5th at www.LiveNation.com. MAJOR NICKELBACK ANNOUNCEMENT

Unstoppable multi-platinum rockers Nickelback announced today Dark Horse as the title for their new album, set for release on November 18^th on Roadrunner Records. Starting at 6AM on Monday, September 29^th, the first single "Gotta Be Somebody" will be available for free download for a 24-hour period via participating radio station websites spanning all pop and rock formats, and via Nickelback.com or at nickelback.roadrunnerrecords.com. Additionally, the single will be digitally delivered to radio on September 29^th. Following the free download, the single will be available for purchase via all online retailers. Dark Horse is co-produced by Nickelback and famed rock producer Mutt Lange (AC/DC, Def Leppard).

A true modern success story, Nickelback has sold upwards of 26 million records worldwide, with 2005's All The Right Reasons accounting for 10 million of that total. In addition, the six singles from the album totaled 9.3 million downloads and 5.5 million ringtones. All proceeds of digital single and video sales for the song "If Everyone Cared" between February 1 and July 31, 2007 were donated to charity, equally distributed between Amnesty International and International Childrens' Awareness Canada. Each of the five videos from All The Right Reasons has reached #1 on VH1's playlist: "Photograph," "Savin' Me," "Far Away," "If Everyone Cared" and "Rockstar." In 2006 Nickelback was awarded a World Music Award for "World's Best Rock Group," a Billboard Touring Award for "Breakthrough Artist," an American Music Award for "Favorite Pop/Rock Album" and a People's Choice Award for "Best Rock Group."
