3. MANUEL SAID...
Good playlist!! I can't wait to see Dream Theater, Symphony X, DEP, Nile, Savatage, Devildriver and more.
January 23, 7:57 PM
4. DANIEL WELLS SAID...
Holy Shit! An actull good lineup of metal! Dillinger, Arch Enemy, Nile, Dream Theater and DevilDriver!!!! All its missing is some Machine Head and old Suffocation and I would just orgy myself
January 23, 8:43 PM
5. NICK SMITH AKA MOLOTOV SAID...
Awesome chioces: Arch Enemy, Immolation, Nile, Dream Theater, Devildriver, Symphony X, Cephalic Carnage, In Flames, Down.
Terrible choices/bands: Bullet For My Valentine, Otep, Protest The Hero.
Also, (just my opinion) not really a great choice of a song for Cephalic Carnage as a single off this album, I think....Touched By An Angel, Heptarchy, G.lobal O.verhaul D.evice, Let Them Hate so Long as They Fear, and Ov Vicissitude are all better. The track that's a title kinda sounds more like the million watered down death-core bands trying to play a million miles an hour and all over the place start-stop than classic Cephalic Carnage. I'm just saying....I seriously fucking love Cephalic Carnage, though.
January 23, 9:18 PM
7. BRADLEY SAID...
STOP PLAYING THAT SAME OTEP SONG "BREED" EVERY DAMN WEEK!!! Play "Ghost Flowers" or something else thats good!
January 24, 10:58 AM
8. BOB SAID...
"STOP PLAYING THAT SAME OTEP SONG "BREED" EVERY DAMN WEEK!!! Play "Ghost Flowers" or something else thats good!"
Anything is good compared to Otep!
January 24, 2:34 PM
9. SEAN SAID...
I've heard the new Dillinger Escape Plan song and it's pretty good. Hopefully the video doesn't disappoint.
I like Dream Theater and am looking forward to the video premiere. "Constant Motion" was a good video so "Forsaken" should be in the same vein. I?m not sure I?ve seen some of the other videos listed so I'll be sure to check them out as well.
2008 should be a big year for Roadrunner metal bands. I am hoping that Slipknot goes out with a bang, if it is their final album. It's too bad that the metal scene is waning right now. It seems like Roadrunner recognizes this and thats why RR has slowly stopped signing new metal bands. The state of heavy metal reminds me of Robert Frost's poem "Nothing Gold Can Stay".
"Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay."
It?s not all bad news, though. Here in Baltimore, 98 Rock plays Airbourne religiously, which is good for the label. Could we have an Australian Nickelback on our hands? Time will tell.
January 25, 3:19 PM
10. WEASIL SAID...
That Protest the Hero song is awesome, can't wait to see the video. They are such a great band, give it a try
January 26, 9:04 AM
11. UNHOLY SAID...

otherwise, this is an "okay" playlist. Headbanger's ball can do much better.
January 26, 3:11 PM
12. METAL-FEIN SAID...
this playlist id pretty good but the need 2 stop playing the same shit every damm week, but other than that it's pretty good..STAY mETAL!!
January 26, 9:23 PM
13. VALO YOSSA SAID...
Crappy im sick and tired of fucking otep himsa and august burns red but i must say im glad to see some nile in flames and of course some devil driver in the line upeverybody else blows monkey balls
January 27, 12:20 AM
14. JOSH SAID...
there was a video played somewhere in there that wasn't on this playlist. did anyone happen to see who it was. seems as though they had two singers, two guitarists, and a heck of a lot of breakdowns and a lot of sweet tapping shit. anyone?
January 27, 12:51 AM
15. STEVE SAID...
Love Dream Theater's new video; everyone else was meh...with the exception of maybe Protest the Hero.
January 27, 1:01 AM

1. BRADLEY SAID...
Not a bad list, but all of these vids are getting very repetative. That Otep song gets played every fucking week...IT SUCKS!...Nirvana and Kurt(I played 3 powerchords over and over, call me musical genius) Cobain SUCKS! And why in the FUCK is HBB playing The Mars Volta??? WHAT THE FUCK???!?! The good: Exodus, Megadeth, Type O, Arch Enemy (album of the year IMO), Opeth, and As I Lay Dying.
February 1, 9:26 PM
2. MANUEL SAID...
I want to see the videos of Dream Theater, Opeth, Megadeth, Cephalic Carnage, Type O Negative.. Opeth and Dream Theater Rules, hell yeah!!!
February 2, 8:50 AM
3. STONERREAKINGHAVOC SAID...
HBB is supposed to be the home of ther most extreme metal, well at least thats what they say but did they forget about black metal the most extreme form of metal there is. Sad.
February 2, 9:11 AM
4. SEAN SAID...
That Exodus video is like a satanic version of Dragonforce's "Through the Fire and the Flames"... They should put some Exodus on Guitar Hero!!! While on the subject of Guitar Hero, Roadrunner should consider releasing an expansion pack with the first four tracks on Roadrunner United. All of those tracks have an insane level of difficulty that would be perfect for metal-heads everywhere.
Also, I just recently bought Opeth's "Ghost Reveries" and now I know why it was so acclaimed in 2005. It's one of the best albums I've ever heard. It's definately worth adding to your collection if you haven't done so already. I can't wait for Opeth's new album (hopefully) later this year.
February 2, 1:49 PM
5. JOE SAID...
I agree with the guy below me... Play some old metal like pantera and some suffication... maybe even through in some deicide and sepultura... Not the FUCKIN mars volta. And will someone please throw in through the eyes of the deads-failure in the flesh.
February 2, 5:59 PM
6. BOB SAID...
I think they could do better there are so many heavy bands out there and we keep getting the same shit I like otep but Im tired of seeing that video!
February 2, 6:19 PM
7. STEVE SAID...
Since when did it matter how extreme metal had to be in order to premiere on HBB? I'll take quality metal like Iron Maiden over black metal any day. By the way, Mars Volta is a good band, and who cares if they aren't heavy.
February 2, 8:06 PM
8. UNHOLY SAID...
this is an "okay" list.
HBB can do so much better!
and what the fuck is up with the same fucking otep video!
that video is getting so old. stop playing it.
this list is too repetitive, play something new. The only video worth seeing up there is the opeth's "the grand conjuration" theres other good stuff too but everything else has been played wayyy too many times.
yeah, and also it won't hurt to play some black metal.
February 2, 9:51 PM
9. RAT SAID...
Sick of Exodus, Baroness, Otep, and Cephelic Carnage! Love that they play more Protest the Hero and Dream Theater. they could pick a better video for The Mars Volta, though. This is the worst video they've ever put out. Milk Lizard is an amazing DEP vid!
February 2, 10:28 PM

1. MARINAMETAL SAID...
